What you’ll do daily
- Reach out to clients who are expecting your call (warm calls)
- Understand their needs, analyze their situation, and build genuine trust
- Demystify auto financing and propose the best solutions for their reality
- Support them after pre-approval all the way to choosing the right vehicle
- Manage follow-ups carefully and update information in our CRM
- Work hand-in-hand with the team to finalize deals and deliver an exceptional customer experience
What we’re looking for
- Experience in sales or advisory roles (automotive, banking, telecom, door-to-door, etc.)
- Ability to read a credit file = a plus (if not, we train you from A to Z)
- French required; English or other languages = strong asset
- Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and teamwork mindset (we win together here)
- Real motivation to perform and grow your earnings

- Permanent position with a stable, predictable schedule (Mon–Fri 8:30–5:00, 1 evening/week, 1 Saturday/month)
